It seems a bit of a purchasing gamble given the built-in Blu-Ray player. Also, there's no word from Luvaglio as to what the support plan looks like.
And to my mind, it looks like hell. I wouldn't mind testing one, though.

Ultimate niche marketing of commodity product
Not only do they have the world's most intimidating website - check out http://www.luvaglio.com/, but now they also have the world's most expensive laptop. With a retail price of $1m dollars they only need to sell one to cover any development and marketing spend.
